All sticker strips and seals MUST be paid in full prior to production.
All queries must be done within 24 hours of purchase

Refunds are not possible once production on the job has started

Items agreed upon by both parties (buyer and seller) to be unacceptable due to faulty workmanship will be redone free of charge

Mistakes and errors made on the customers' behalf after approval was sent will not be redone free of charge

Once agreement is made to redo a job, the customer has 1 week to come in to proccess, and exchange/collect the product
